Living Light Recovery is committed to protecting Protected Health Information (PHI) and confidential substance use disorder treatment records.

To the extent applicable, Living Light Recovery complies with the privacy and confidentiality requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and 42 CFR Part 2, as well as applicable California laws and regulations.

Information relating to substance use disorder treatment is treated as confidential and is used or disclosed only as permitted or required by applicable law.

Clients will receive applicable privacy notices and information regarding their rights as required by law.

Safeguarding Information

Living Light Recovery maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, protected health information, and treatment records from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
