Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health Access for Medi-Cal / DMC-ODS authorizes county-contracted residential beds. Living Light Recovery is a private DHCS-licensed home at 7320 Rockridge Road, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509 — we verify commercial PPO plans; we do not issue a county authorization on a website form.

IEHP or another Medi-Cal plan is a different door from Anthem, Blue Shield, Aetna, or Cigna PPO. Call us with name, date of birth, and member ID, and call Access if Medi-Cal is the only coverage. Mixing those on one form is how Temecula families lose a day.
